A Bit About Sea & Sol Yoga Retreats

Michelle Muzzin followed her love for teaching yoga and leading yoga retreats to start her own business. Sea & Sol Yoga Retreats  started in January of 2023 with the intention to provide yoga retreats always by the sea and the sun! Each retreat is a unique expression of the beauty and wonder that life has to offer, with a hint of guidance and inspiration.

 

With endless opportunities for growth, I am leading retreats with fellow inspiring and incredible yoga teachers. Creating more offerings for students, and an overall better experience, I believe yoga retreats are done better together.  

 

We  understand that the time and space to escape from the hustle and bustle of life can be in limited supply, which is why we dedicate so much time and effort into all the preparations. We create a week of wellness, to spark love, rejuvenation and inspire you to live your best life. You will leave feeling your authentic essence of true self, and let the magic unfold the endless opportunities which await you!

Just as you are is exactly as you are meant to be. No experience is necessary. I am an authentic empath who teaches with love and light.

I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Sculpt, Barre, Yin, Nidra, Sound Baths, Inversions, Hands on Assists & Partner Workshops. Every day is a beautiful day for yoga. I'm available for privates, or group classes.

 

You will leave my class feeling empowered to find intention, seek gratitude, find strength, and learn to let go. Your senses will awaken to the road of rejuvenation. I put detail and love into every element of class from themes, to music, lighting, essential oils and offer hands on assists, leaving you feeling amazing after every class!

Join Sea & Sol Yoga Retreats hosted by Michelle Muzzin, featuring  special guest teachers Hanna Wyland & Sam Scire.  We're off to dreamy Tulum, Mexico, known for its natural beauty, white sand beaches, award winning restaurants and Mayan Ruins located just two hours south from Cancun.

 

Our offerings include  adventure & surrender. We will offer guided meditation, challenging  and fun Vinyasa, various workshops and evening restorative yoga with hands-on- assists.

 

Better yet, classes will be held in a yoga space overlooking the ocean, just steps away from where you will be staying. This Eco Chic Resort is beautiful, the food is delicious, the ambiance is rejuvenating and the resort’s offerings are plentiful. Enjoy local excursions to Cenotes or Mayan Ruins or go for a two hour walk down a beautiful white beach. About Special

Guest Teacher: Sam Scire

As a Division I field hockey player, Yoga was an amazing way for me to unwind and feel restored after vigorous workouts. Following my graduation and retirement from college athletics, I longed for something to spark that same passion. Yoga has since provided me with a safe and nurturing environment that has enriched my life for the better. I love teaching with compassion at the forefront of my practice and moving the body in creative ways to ignite self love. My hope is to inspire and cultivate a welcoming environment where our differences are embraced and celebrated. I am certified as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through 8 Limbs Yoga Center in Seattle, Washington.

Guest Teacher: Hanna Wyland

Hanna Wyland is a yoga instructor, dancer, and visual artist based out of Seattle, Washington. For each class she teaches, her goal is to create a safe environment for other’s to feel seen and to feel comfortable connecting to their bodies. Hanna believes that through practicing yoga, we can find the courage to express ourselves fully, which allows us to cultivate community & a sense of belonging. She enjoys teaching many styles of yoga: deep stretch, slow flow, and dance inspired vinyasas are among her favorites. Off that mat, Hanna enjoys reading, writing, exploring local parks, hiking & ecstatic dance.
